工作描述：

·         合理利用和维护公司客户资源，培养长期忠实客户，促进客户重复购买；

·         通过电话呼出或者接听电话进行会籍及培训课程销售，并达到预期的销售目标；

·         迅速、准确并专业化的回答客户的询问；

·         为完成销售指标及达到公司利润指标，尽力使每一个电话的销售机会达到最大化；

·         通过询问关键性问题确定客户需求并提供合适的解决方式；

·         将客户反馈信息提交上级并为客户提供合理化建议以提高客户满意度。

任职资格：

·         喜欢有挑战性的销售工作

·         普通话标准，良好的英语口语和书写能力

·         良好的客户沟通和文字表达能力
